Shipping & Returns

Free shipping Australia-wide, $30 AUD for international orders. Most orders ship within 7–10 days of production. Because every Memory Map is custom-made to your order, we're unable to offer refunds for change of mind once production has started. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with photos of the issue and we'll make it right.
